de forme carrée à pans lobés, reposant sur quatre pieds sommés de têtes de femmes feuillagées, les bords gravés de scènes de salons, le couvercle en forme de dôme gravé de rinceaux

Condition

In overall good condition. Town mark legible under the base, maker's mark partly legible under the base. Assay scrape. Maker's mark difficult to read on cover rim. A metal analysis has been made by Prof. Richter, available on demand. It is stated that the 2 parts are from the same period and both Dutch but it is difficult to be absolutely sure they were made one for the other.
