In overall very good condition. Marked on cover rim and under the base. Very nice quality. Rare piece.

Il est possible de rapprocher cette pièce d'un brûle-parfum  du Metropolitan Museum de New York illustré dans Faith Dennis, Three centuries of French Domestic Silver, p. 367. Daté de la seconde moitié du XVIIe siècle, il n'est cependant pas poinçonné et sa datation est remise en question.
