Condition

The panel is flat, stable, and beveled on all four sides. The panel is brought together by two vertical joins brought together by butterfly supports. The entire composition, except for the head of the sitter, is under a thick milky varnish, which renders older retouches invisible under UV. The head is in very good condition, with no apparent retouches in the flesh tones. There are a couple small retouches around the edge of the sitter's cap, as well as the right shoulder. In a carved wooden frame.
