Le immagini in fotografia sono fedeli all'originale. La superficie pittorica è stabile e integra, nè mostra ridipinture, ma appare sporca e potrebbe beneficiare di una pulitura. L'osservazione con la lampada di Wood rivela solo la presenza di una vecchia vernice ossidata. I due quadri sono rintelati e vengono offerti in asta all'interno di due cornici intagliate e dorate in stile.The catalogue illustrations are faithful to the paintings. By the naked eye the paint surface is stable and no major restoration can be seen. The varnish is oxidised and yellowish therefore the paintings will definitely benefit from cleanings. Inspection under UV light reveals only the old varnish, with no restoration. The paintings are offered in a later eighteen wooden gilded frame in style.
