4to (212 x 157 mm), frontespizio, stemma Farnese inciso a piena pagina, 3 carte geografiche incise ripiegate fuori testo (Mar Egeo, Creta e Negroponte) e 46 tavole incise a piena pagina nel testo raffiguranti le isole greche, cartone alla rustica. Riparazione al margine interno delle prime carte che talvolta sfiora il testo, un lieve rinforzo sulla carta di Creta, aloni marginali.

Title-page is missing. Repairs due to weater-staining along inner margin of the first 9 leaves and some others, touching the text on 2 leaves without loss. Small tears along folds of the plate of "Arcipelago", repaired tears on the plate of Candia, the plate of Negroponte with a loss at lower left corner, some other defects. Binding a bit soiled.
