Description

Condition
The support appears to consist of three vertical panels joined to the reverse and backed in horsehair. The uneven surface of the panels means that the paint surface, although largely secure, is also uneven with some scattered old minor losses and damages. Overall the panels are well preserved relative to their size and age. Some scattered retouching work is evident to the naked eye and is confirmed under UV light.
Offered in the original frame with some losses and later additions.
