Condition
This large canvas has a modern and effective relining. The paint surface is secure, stable and clean and has not been flattened by the relining. No major damages are discernible. Inspection under UV light reveals minor scattered retouchings as well as some strengthenings along some black outlines. Overall the condition of the painting is good and it could hang now. Offered in a carved wooden frame with minor knocks.
