Condition
The catalogue illustration is a touch less yellow than the original.
The support consists of a single stable panel bevelled on all sides.
The paint surface is secure and in good condition under slightly yellow varnish.
Inspection under UV light reveals minor scattere retouching and an old damage of approx. 1cm2 in the lower left hand corner, beneath the bird.
Offered in a carved gilt wood frame in good condition.
