The canvas has an old relining. The paint surface is secure and in good condition under a dirty, old varnish. Inspection under UV light reveals some minor scattered older and more recent retouchings and an approx 2 cm squared damage to the right of Mary's face. Offered in a plain gold paint frame in good condition.
