Condition
Although some of the more delicate watercolours pigments have faded slightly, in general the colours have survived well. There are scattered discolourations and minor foxmarks within the sky. There are several areas of restoration, both within the sheet and at its edges. There are about six skilfully repaired tears at the edges of the sheet, the largest of which measures circa 50 mm. There is a paper loss at the lower right hand corner of the sheet. This work has been laid down.
