Condition

The support consists of a single horizontal flat piece of copper. The paint surface is in good condition but dirty. There are a few scattered spots of paint loss, upper right, to the right of the swan and upper left but these are minor and no major damages to the work are apparent. A handful of minor scattered spot retouchings to the work fluoresce under UV light, with Leda and the Swan remaining largely untouched. Offered in a gilt wood frame in fair condition.
