oil on canvas
Condition
The canvas has an old loose relining. There are a handful of old damages in the paint surface, the most notably of which is approx. 13 cm. long running through Christ's head but the paint surface is otherwise secure under a very old, dirty varnish. Inspection under UV light is impeded by the varnish although retouching work is evident in the aforementioned damages. Offered in a gilt wood frame in good condition.
