The support consists of two vertical panels joined to the reverse and bevelled on all bar the top edge. There is a very very slight convex bow. The paint surface is secure and generally in good condition under an old yellowed varnish which impedes thorough inspection under UV. there are some minor scattered losses along the bottom margin. Offered in a gilt wood and plaster frame in good condition.
