Condition
The canvas has been relined. There is an old horizontal canvas join running the length of the painting where retouching work is evident. The paint surface is generally secure and under a dirty old yellowed varnish which impedes thorough inspection under UV although scattered retouchings do fluoresce. Offered unframed.
