Condition
The canvas is not lined. The surface is in overall very good condition. There is slight paint loss along the top edge. There is a a slight retouch in the woman's face. Light flecks of tan house paint. Craquelure throughout. Break in the paint surface in the lower left. Under UV; evidence of inpainting on the subject's nose and along the bottom edge.
