Condition
Lined canvas. The surface has pigment separation and craquelure throughout and an area of creasing of the paint (alligatoring) at upper center, in the sky; the paint surface is slightly thin on the buildings. Under UV light: a large area of inpainting, possibly a repair, at upper right, near the chimney; another repair at center of canvas; craquelure filling to buildings and scattered through canvas.
