Catalogue Note
Rare. We have not traced another copy of this edition at auction during the last thirty years. Only five copies of the first issue are listed by Haberkamp, all in European institutions. This is a very good copy, with clear and deep impressions, of two of Mozart's greatest works for keyboard. The autograph manuscript of the Fantasia and Sonata in C minor was sold in these rooms on 21 November 1990 (lot 90).
