first edition, 171 pages, large 4to (c.32 x 24cms), title printed in dark blue, plate no.1, marked up for performance by a conductor in pencil and with extensive editorial annotations and revisions in red and black ink, many of the revisions on slips of paper pasted into the score, including cuts and replacements of instrumental lines, modern green cloth, title laid down (obscuring the orchestral list), some paper loss to first 2 lower corners, a few annotations slightly  trimmed
