Recueil de brevets et autre pieces sur la Calotte, a poetic encomium with a preface by N Baudin, the text beginning "Idée légére du redoutable Régiment de la Calotte",  c.340 pages, 4to (c.22 x 16cms), painted coat of arms of the regiment, eighteenth-century calf, blind borders, spines gilt in compatrments, titles to spines--Dispaci Bovella nel Generalto Grimani in Dalmatia, [letter book for 1733-1735], c.160 pages, folio, contemporary boards, Zadar & Split, 1730s, together with 4 manuscript C18 French miscellanies, including "Ancien Memoire trouvé dans les papiers dele feu M. Hervart ...en 1650", collections of letters (by Fouquet, D'Auvray, L'abbé de Bois etc), military journals, chansons, poems and printed pamphlets, eighteenth--century French calf, spines gilt in compartments (lettered "Recueil de pieces fugitives" etc), 6 volumes in all.
