Catalogue Note

Rare. This impressive wide-margined copy is larger than most first editions of Mozart's operas, which were generally published in oblong quarto format.  This copy contains the list of subscribers and the corrected imprint on the title; however Haberkamp does not distinguish chronologically between her four issues A-D, on all of which the same watermarks can be discerned.
