Etching, 1630, a fine, early impression of the only state, with the diagonal scratch through the man's hat and many plate scratches in the background, before the slipped stroke between the couple, with traces of burr on the back of the woman, printing with delicate plate tone

Condition

With narrow margins, in good condition apart from a tiny stain in the blank area at upper right above the woman's back and on the man's right foot, a very small 2mm horizontal tear at upper right sheet edge, minute pale foxmarks towards the edges of the sheet, framed.
