The chain designed as a series of oval links which can be separated into four different sections, suspending a detachable pendant of geometric design, set at the centre with a colour change sapphire weighing 76.11 carats, millegrain set throughout with single- and circular-cut diamonds, mounted in platinum and gold, length of each section approximately 195, 195, 150 and 155mm, total length approximately 695mm, French assay and partial maker's marks.
Condition
Stamped with French assay marks for 18 carat gold and platinum. Partial maker's marks. Sapphire blue in daylight and violetish purple in incandescent light, some typical crystal inclusions visible under magnification, for further information, please refer to the Gübelin report. Estimated total diamond weight approximately 25.00 - 30.00 carats, estimated colour G/I, estimated clarity VS/ SI. Each clasp with safety catch to side, some slightly loose. Scratches to mount consistent with age and wear. In good condition.
