Sapphire and diamond brooch, Bulgari, circa 1960

Of floral spray design, the flower heads set en tremblant with cushion-shaped, brilliant-cut and oval sapphires, to the baguette diamond stems and pavé-set diamond leaves, mounted in platinum, signed Bulgari.

Signed Bulgari on the back of the bow. Sapphires well matched in colour, some with abrasions to facet edges, good saturation. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 10.00 carats, G-H colour, VS-SI clarity, as gauged and graded in mounting. Signs of normal wear to the metal, scratches consistent with use, in good condition.
