Description

Designed as a bed of honesty leaves decorated with translucent enamel, set to the centre with an oval facetted synthetic blue spinel, French assay and partial maker's marks, signed L. Gaillard.
Condition
Stamped with French assay marks for gold. Signed L. Gaillard with partial maker's mark. Synthetic spinel estimated to weigh approximately 4.75 carats, of light blue colour, minor abrasions to facet edges, stone slightly loose in mount, one claw deficient. Colourless protective coating to enamel. Signs of normal wear to the metal, scratches consistent with use, in good condition.
