Description

Designed as a stylised safety pin set with calibré-cut sapphires and single-cut diamonds, signed Cartier, Made In France and numbered, partial French assay and indistinct maker's marks.

Condition

Stamped with partial French assay marks for platinum. Signed Cartier, made in Paris, with indistinct maker's marks, numbered HSA 2346 and 03309. Sapphires stated to weigh 5.51 carats in total, deep blue, well matched in colour, slight abrasions to facet edges. Diamonds stated to weigh 1.10 carats in total, stones bright and lively. Safety catch to pin fitting secure. Scratches to mount consistent with wear. In good condition.
