Description

Designed as a stylised bouquet set with two step-cut emeralds, brilliant-cut and baguette diamonds, mounted in white gold.

Condition

Stamped 750 for 18 carat gold. Maker's mark below brooch fitting. Emeralds estimated to weigh approximately 3.15 and 3.05 carats respectively, one slightly more yellowish green, with few typical crystal inclusions visible under magnification, minor scratches and abrasions to facet edges. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 6.00 carats, G-H colour, VS-SI clarity, as gauged and graded in mounting. Additional hook underneath brooch fitting suggests that the brooch could also be worn as a pendant. Signs of usual wear to the metal, in good condition.
