The oval ruby flanked by calibré-cut similar stones, within a border of brilliant- and circular-cut diamonds, size 51½.

Condition

Ruby of Burmese origin cannot be imported into the US. This piece contains ruby of Burmese origin and therefore cannot be imported into the US. Please contact the jewellery department for further information or see our Important Notices. French assay mark for platinum. Central ruby a red hue with medium strong saturation of colour. A few minor crystal inclusions are present. For further information, please refer to the SSEF report. Also accompanied by a CCIP report dated December 2010, stating that the ruby is of Burmese origin with no indications of heat treatment. Diamonds bright and lively, one chipped on the pavilion. Signs of normal wear to the metal, scratches consistent with age. In good condition.
