Designed as series of four circular-cut sapphires alternating with similarly cut rubies, spaced by 'X' motifs set with brilliant-cut diamonds, length approximately 420mm, signed Vourakis, pochette.
Condition
Ruby of Burmese origin cannot be imported into the US. This piece may contain ruby of Burmese origin and therefore may not be able to be imported into the US. Certification of non-Burmese origin will be required before import of rubies into the US. Please see our Important Notices and contact the jewellery department for further information.
Stamped 585 for gold. Signed Vourakis. Sapphires and rubies well matched in colour, typical crystal inclusions visible with the aid of a 10x loupe, some are surface reaching, some scratches, nicks and abrasion, one ruby on clasp with large cavity. Diamonds bright and lively. Clasp secure with safety catch. Signs of normal wear to the metal, scratches consistent with age. In good condition.
