Description
- sapphire, diamond, platinum
Centring on an oval sapphire weighing 5.12 carats, flanked by a cushion-shaped and an old mine-cut diamond wighing 1.60 and 1.61 carats respectively, mounted in platinum.
Condition
Colour and Clarity: According to both AGL and GIA reports, the oval sapphire is natural, of Burmese origin, with no indication of heating and clarity enhancement. Two diamonds are G colour, VS1 and VS2 clarity respectively. Please refer to the reports for details. In our opinion, the sapphire is of brilliant, strong and saturated blue colour, clean and lively. Upon 10x loupe, there is only minor fingerprint close to pavilion, otherwise very clean. Diamonds are matching and have nice brilliance.
Condition: Vintage platinum ring mount, overall in very good condition.
