The necklace composed of moonstone cabochons set to the front in three circular-forms, highlighted by two fringes edged by marquise-shaped moonstone cabochons,the moonstones together weighing approximately 20.00 carats, interspersed by circular-cut sapphires, completed by a gold chain, length approximately 400mm, signed Tiffany & Co.; and pair of matching ear clips, the moonstone together weighing approximately 12.00 carats, clip fittings; the sapphires altogether weighing approximately 2.60 carats, mounted in 14 karat yellow gold. Condition
Colour and Clarity: In our opinion, the moonstones are semi-transparent, of clear to slightly milky colour with noticeable adularescence (pillowy sheen) atop each cabochons. Sapphires are medium blue colour, eye clean. Upon 10x loupe, there are natural inclusions and surface abrasions to some stones, commensurating with its age. Necklace is signed.
Condition: Vintage karat gold mounts, have signs of wear and minor surface abrasions to the metal, overall in good condition.
