Condition

There is a very faint scratch roughly half an inch in length above the left foot. Very small white speckles which are not inherent to the stone are scattered throughout the front of the cloak and are also present on the top of the head of the woman as well as her back and arms. There is a very minor black spot possibly not inherent to the stone on the side of both the left and right knees. Dust has gathered in the seams around the child’s head. A very small loss, roughly an eighth of an inch, to the stone is apparent on the back of the ladies head and two smaller losses, less than an eighth of an inch, occur on the lower back. Overall, the piece is in very good condition.
