Designed as a floral spray composed of three flowers, set with circular-cut and rose diamonds, accompanied by a tiara frame inner circumference 190mm, two necklace fittings, brooch, pendant, pin and hair fittings, fitted case, Fontana Fres, Galerie de Valois, 122, 123, 12, Palais Royal Paris.

Condition

Main Part: Diamonds estimated to weigh approximately 9.00 to 10.00 carats, of mixed colours and clarity. Well articulated and flexible. Clasps a little loose. Scratches to mount consistent with age and wear. Tiara frame mounted with three sprung fittings, so that the flower heads will be set en tremblant and a further four fixed fittings for the foliate motif sections of jewel. Three brooch fittings, three diamond set pendant fittings, three sprung hair fittings each for the three flower head jewels. One late 19th century necklace fitting highlighted with rose diamonds, length approximately 178mm in total, detachable shorter section approximately 35mm, associated to jewel, needs alteration from a professional jeweller to be able to fit and be worn as a necklace. An additional later fancy link chain. A further gold period hinged pin fitting, where one flower head jewel can be attached and could possibly be worn in a hat. Accompanied by leather case signed Fontana Freres, Paris. Jewel in good condition.
