Designed as a flower head, set to the centre with a portrait miniature on ivory depicting a woman circa 1840, the petals set with cushion-, circular- and single-cut diamonds, pendant fittings.

Condition

Jewel circa 1880 the portrait miniature is earlier, circa 1840, the back later added, stamped 750 for 18 carat gold. Painted on ivory. Diamonds bright and lively. Pin fitting with safety catch. Scratches to mount consistent with age and wear. In very good condition.
