Description
- alexandrite, diamond, coloured diamond, gold
Centring on an oval alexandrite weighing approximately 12.00 carats, to a surround of butterflies and florals set with brilliant-cut diamonds of colourless, yellow and brown hues, the diamonds together weighing approximately 1.40 carats, mounted in 18 karat white, yellow, pink and blackened gold, with ring guard fitting.
Condition
Colour and Clarity: According to GRS report, the alexandrite is natural, with no indication of treatment. Also accompanied by a Swiss gem report, this alexandrite is of Brazilian origin, with no indication of treatment. Please refer to the reports for details. In our opinion, the alexandrite has strong colour-change, from green under the daylight, to purplish red under the incandescent light. Upon 10x loupe, there is a feather close to the side on pavilion, not noticeable to naked eyes. Diamonds in the surround are about G to H colours, VS clarity. Coloured diamonds are about intense yellow and medium brown colour, VS to SI clarity.
Condition: In mint condition.
