PAIR OF ICY JADEITE 'PEAPOD' AND JADEITE PENDENT EARRINGS

Each suspending a highly translucent icy jadeite carved as a peapod, surmounted by three jadeite cabochons of translucent emerald green colour, decorated by brilliant-cut diamonds, extending to the hook surmount, mounted in 18 karat white gold.

Colour and Clarity: According to the Jadeite Jade Testing certificate, the icy jadeite "peapods" are natural, Type A jadeites. Please refer to the certificate for details. In our opinion, the jadeite "peapods" are highly translucenct, with nice internal glow. Upon transmitted lighting, there are some minor clouds, not noticeable. Smaller jadeite cabochons in the surmount are of brilliant emerald green colour, very good translucency. Diamonds together weighing approximately 0.20 carat, are about H to I colours, VS clarity. Condition: Karat white gold mount, in mint condition. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please note that jadeite and rubies of Burmese origin and articles of jewellery containing jadeite or rubies of Burmese origin all less than 100 years old may not be imported into the US. The purchaser's inability to import any item into the U.S. or any other country as a result of these or other restrictions shall not justify cancellation or rescission of the sale or any delay in payment.
