Condition
Each sheet is in generally good condition. Each is mounted onto an acid mat along the top edge. The sheets have slightly ragged edges and some very minor abrasions and bumps at the edges but are otherwise in good condition.

A revival of Edmond Rostand's La Princesse Lointaine, commissioned by the brothers Isola, was presented at the Sarah Bernhardt Theater, Paris, in 1929. Erté created over 150 costume and set designs for the production.
