Condition

Canvas is lined. A thin web of stable craquelure is apparent, mostly in the sky at upper left. Surface is clean. Under UV light: scattered pin-dot retouches are visible in the sky at the upper left. A few larger strokes of retouching are apparent across the top edge of the canvas, particularly at the top of the tree at right. Small strokes are visible in the area depicting distant buildings, as well as at the center of the composition. Few strokes are also visible near the tree trunk at right. Otherwise fine; the work is in good condition.
