Condition

The work is executed on paper laid down on canvas in artist's original preparation. The surface retains an extremely rich and textured impasto. Some pigment separation is visible, particularly in the red pigments at lower center and in several areas throughout the composition. Under UV light: few hairline strokes of inpainting to address cracking at center. Otherwise fine, the work is in very good condition.
