Condition
The canvas is not lined and there appear to be no signs of retouching visible under UV light. There is a layer of light surface dirt throughout. There is a pinhole with some very minor associated paint loss towards the centre of the upper edge. There is some light craquelure to the clouds. Otherwise, this work is in good condition.
Colours: Overall fairly accurate in the printed catalogue, but slightly fresher in the original.
