Condition

The canvas is lined. There is a layer of varnish through which the UV light cannot fully penetrate. There appear to be no signs of retouching visible under UV light. This work is in good condition. Colours: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate although the tones are richer and warmer in the original with more pin and yellow in the sky.
