Condition
The canvas is not lined. The work is painted on a thick wove canvas with a distinctive texture. Under UV light some original pigments fluoresce. Under UV light there appear to be several small areas of inpainting, a few to the water, the woman in white in the centre of the left edge and various strokes along the lower extreme edge. This work is in overall good condition.
