This work is a study for the oil painting The Mirror (Circus Dressing Room) in the collection of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York.
Condition
The sheet is in generally good condition aside from surface dirt and bumped corners. There is a hard crease in the upper right corner. There are two very small, minor tears to the right side and a 2 1/2 inch vertical tear along the upper left edge.
