- A FINE AND RARE ROCK CRYSTAL, PLATINUM, GOLD, ENAMEL AND DIAMOND-SET OPEN-FACED WATCHCIRCA 1925
- diameter 49 mm
• nickel lever movement, 19 jewels • two-tone silvered dial, guilloché center, Arabic numerals to the brushed chapter ring • gold and enamel chapter ring with Roman numerals spaced by florets, faceted rock crystal reserve, diamond-set band, platinum bow and pendant • bow hand-stamped with Cartier numbers, dial signed, movement signed European Watch and Clock Co., Inc.
Condition
The movement is running at the time of cataloguing, however it may require service soon. The dial shows some faint spotting, with a slight imperfection to the crystal (above the dial, not the rock crystal case) below 12:00. There are some very light surface scuffs to the enamel chapter ring, and no visible imperfections to the rock crystal of the case. The pendant is hand-stamped with Cartier reference numbers 04160.
