• nickel lever movement, bi-metallic compensation balance, highly jeweled with some carried in gold chatons, wolf-tooth wind, glazed and gold cuvettes, the gold cuvette engraved with details of the movement • white enamel dial, Roman numerals, four subsidiary dials indicating months for four year cycle, date, day of week, moon phases combined with constant seconds • the bezel with levers for setting the calendar with function engraved in French beneath, the heavy molded case engraved with monograms on both lids • the cuvette signed TH. Beyer's Sohn Zurich, the movement signed LeCoultre & Co., beneath the hammers
Condition
The watch is very heavy and a lovely large size. Case, movement and dial of extremely high quality. The striking is strong, clear and in phase. Retailed by Beyer.
