- A VERY RARE LADY'S 18K YELLOW GOLD, TIGER'S EYE AND LAPIS LAZULI BRACELET WATCH 1974 REF 4229/1 MVT 1249105 CASE 2732068
- interior bracelet length 175 mm
• circular manual winding movement stamped with the seal of Geneva, 20 jewels • tiger's eye dial • articulated bracelet composed of eight square engine-turned links, each inset with circular tiger's eye center, with rows of lapis lazuli alternating on either side • case, dial, movement and bracelet signed • Extract from the Archives confirming sale on 26 March 1975, box
Condition
An extremely unusual and rare example. The movement is running at the time of cataloguing, however it may require service soon. The watch shows scuffs to the back of the case from moderate to slightly more significant wear, however this is more noticeable to the case back than to the front. The stones are intact, though the reverse of the fifth tiger's eye panel shows a slight chip only in the back.
