Catalogue Note

Accompanied by a Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin, Instruction Manual in a leather folder and a presentation box.

The Reference 5396 Annual Calendar was first launched in 2006 with unique double in-line apertures that reflect the style of the 1940s and 1950s.  Based on the reference 5296 "Calatrava", with a stylistically modern "sector dial", this timepiece is a blend of classical elegance and technical refinement.  In 2010, Patek Philippe replaced the sector dial with traditional gold markers, therefore making this earlier version more sought-after by collectors.
