Condition
Illustration is quite accurate, although slightly too orange.
Good overall condition.
Veneer has turned dry, very slight lifts and few chips, as visible from the photographs.
Inside the drawers, traces of previous handles, which means the central tulipwood part on the drawers is a replacement : it was probably kingwood veneered before.
Giltbronzes replaced.
Nevertheless, attractive lot.
