Set in the center with an emerald-cut sapphire weighing 8.06 carats, framed by round and old European-cut diamonds weighing approximately 2.85 carats, size 3¾, engraved 'Martha 3-2-29'.

Condition

Accompanied by AGL report no. CS 44824 stating that the sapphire is of Burmese origin, no gemological evidence of heat. The sapphire is a rich medium blue color and is slightly included. A small area of windowing in one quadrant. The stone's table has been recently polished, but chips remain on the girdle. Set with 20 round and old European-cut diamonds approximately E-F color and VVS-VS clarity. Fitted with an expandable shank. Engraved on undergallery Martha 3-2-29 N.Y. In good condition overall.
