The cushion-shaped sapphire weighing 4.02 carats, flanked by oval diamonds weighing approximately 1.75 carats, size 4½.

Condition

Good general condition with nicking to the shank commensurate with regular wear. The sapphire is a nicely saturated medium-deep blue. Presenting a slight sleepiness in-keeping with Kashmir matierial. Feather near the girdle and minor color zoning seen under magnification but otherwise eye-clean. Minute abrasions to facet junctions and girdle. Very light scratch to table. Accompanied by AGL report no. CS 42859 stating that the sapphire is of Kashmir origin, heat enhancement: none. Diamonds approximately G-H color, VS clarity. Fitted with an inner sizing band.
