Including a bracelet set with old mine and rose-cut diamonds, applied with blue enamel, internal circumference 6½ inches; a chain composed of gold links applied with blue enamel, and seed pearls measuring approximately 3.3 to 2.5 mm., length 24½ inches, fitted with a pendant loop; a ring set with old mine and rose-cut diamonds, applied with blue enamel, size 6; a brooch set with old mine and rose-cut diamonds, applied with blue enamel, fitted with a pendant hook, pinstem deficient, later French import mark (1893-1984); a chatelaine set with old mine and rose-cut diamonds, applied with blue enamel, fitted with three attachment hooks and a pendant loop, later French import marks (1893-1984); and a pocketwatch with an openface circular dial with Roman numerals, the reverse set with old mine and rose-cut diamonds and applied with blue enamel, key-wound movement, key deficient, later French import marks (1893-1984), the total diamond weight approximately 5.85 carats, gross weight approximately 89 dwts.
Condition
Group consists of: BRACELET; Minor loss to enamelling, diamonds are decorative quality, fitted with a safety chain, currently broken. CHAIN; the enamelling is intact, pearls are waxy silver white color, fitted with a small spring ring clasp. RING: significant damage and loss to the enamel and signs of previous enamel repair. Diamonds are decorative. BROOCH: Enamelling intact, diamonds decorative, pin stem broken off near hinge. CHATELAINE: A few gouges in the enamel, diamonds decorative. POCKETWATCH: The pocketwatch not currently running, item should be considered an ornament rather than a working timepiece, corette engraved 'echappement a Cylindre, Dix Trous en Rubis'. Scratching to the enamel, diamonds are decorative. See Important Notice Regarding Condition of Watches on page 204 of the catalogue. All pieces in good condition unless noted otherwise.
